Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Hello Everyone! First of all, I'd like to thank every one of you for your support and for being interested in what I share with you and write about.
Secondly, we all know that the Holiday season brings us happiness as we enjoy the festivity of the season. However, the season can in also bring sadness to many of us, as we remember our loved ones that have passed on or the romantic loves that people could be in search of. This can bring people feelings of loneliness, despair and helplessness- even when physically surrounded by other people.
As for me, my roller coaster life has given me a very spiritual way of living and a good amount of emotional strength and resilience in handling life's ups and downs. It's helped me through multiple losses of both romantic Loves and other loved ones plus other personal tragedies that have happened to me- some even happening during the Holiday Season.
One thing that helps me when I'm missing my deceased loved ones or feeling lonely I remind myself that their spirits are always with me. By no means is this easy, but as you keep doing it, it becomes a more automatic thing. I also let myself express and feel emotion so crying is a healthy thing to do, as it both shows your deceased loved ones that you miss them, and somehow strengthens you inside.
It's also important to remember that there are always people around you who love you and will be there for you, in times of need. Try to not push others away, as that will make things worse for you, and give you even more feelings of loneliness and isolation. Don't shut yourself off from others
These things can really help you through the sad thoughts of the season and help you to feel happier (or at least less sad) inside and perhaps even open yourself up to new loves and more loved ones in your life.
Ok, now for 2018...
I'll be posting more recipes, interesting topics and of course more photos from my adventures. Some upcoming adventures next year include Florida, Brazil, California, Chicago, Italy and Vancouver. Plus, I do have some beautiful photos that I took in Arizona that I'm getting ready to post for you.
Wishing you a wonderful Holiday Season, a Merry Christmas and a very healthy Happy New Year.
